Dr. Priyanka Kundu is an enthusiastic and optimistic teacher whose passion is to teach students about different aspects of Physical as well as Human Geography. Besides she is a dedicated researcher in different fields of Geography. She had passed Higher Secondary Examination in 2005 and had completed Graduation and Post-Graduation from Presidency College and University of Calcutta in the year 2008 and 2010 respectively. She had also completed Ph.D in 2017 from the University of Calcutta. Dr. Kundu had achieved some major awards in academic field like National Merit Scholarship Award (2005) for being Rank Holder in Higher Secondary Examination in West Bengal, Gold Medal (2010) for being University Topper, Guru Saday Dutta Silver Medal (2010) for Excellence in Higher Education and Junior Scientist Award (2014) by Bangiyo Bhugol Mancha. Besides She had qualified UGC Sponsored NET with JRF (2011), SET (2010) by WBCSC, WBRLST (2010, Topper in Geography) and WBPSC for Assistant Professor Examination. She has a 15 years teaching experience at Govt. Sponsored School in West Bengal. She had presented paper at 16 National and International Seminars and Conferences and had publication of research articles at 8 UGC Care listed and Peer Reviewed Journals. |
